An intro to Energy clearing Tools || Wellness




Staying positive during pestering times is a challenge indeed, however when going through a seemingly dark period the best thing to do is create a light force of energy surrounding you to help lift you through it. If you have ever entered a room of negative people you can easily feel the difference in energy flow. You might feel lethargic and if allowed you may magnetically begin to absorb this energy thus being negative as well. 

As of late, I have been performing  a cleanse or purge of negative people and environments and it has certainly made a huge difference on my overall aura and subconscious thought process. However this is only the beginning, the methods of aura cleansing and energy clearing are many, and me being curiously desperate for any light energies to enter have become a connoisseur of quite a lot of them... I mean a whole lot of them. 

Considering I have familiarized myself with helpful energy clearing methods (which have helped me immensely during thee most trying of times), I narrowed it down to a list you can feel free to try Below. I have found these methods to be most affective in helping me remain positive. 

Importance of Energy Clearing ||

Before we officially begin the list, lets talk about why energy clearing is important. We are consistently in environments where our moods and energy levels are affected by people and situations surrounding us. Keeping a positive upbeat approach to life can feel draining if things seem to be consistently pulling you in different directions. For instance if you reside in New York City then the train may be a great example of everyone sitting in a melting pot of irritability.

Practicing cleansing methods can be therapeutic, healing, and restorative if practiced daily you will find gaining strength and recharging your batteries, also with each practice you may discover it to be wisdom/ self discovering experience. Here are my daily practices which truly have and currently are helping me keep a brave face, a positive outlook, and basically uplifting what feels like the world weighing on me at times. If that sounds familiar then perhaps these can help paint your outlook little better.

Journaling 

Journaling is a great entry way to truly cleanse any negative thoughts, and even if you seek clarity I find it has been great for me to just keep writing until which ever solution to my worries seems obvious. Consider it your affordable ticket to a therapy session with you a pen and a deep introspective dive into greater realms. 

Smudge 

Smudging in a nut shell is a method of using powerful herbal and or wood scents to dispel toxic energies, negative thought cycles and all you wish to release. Scents also like lemon grass possess energy clearing properties as well. I prefer sage over bot methods mentioned however I use all three to cleanse depending on my mood and time frame. Scents like sage tend to be stronger and can saturate your clothing and hair so this wouldn't be recommended if there is apace you are heading to or just not a fan of sage perfume as I like to call it. When spraying and or working with these scents in their various forms it is helpful to recite an affirmation at the end of each sentence stating what you would like to cleanse. For example "I light this sage, to cleanse --- from my mind body and soul--- and so be it." I find it helpful to cleanse myself of negative energies and thought processes before saving my living space. These scents come in various forms to preference, when working with these scents keep a positive mind set full of affirming thoughts to keep you uplifted. Feel free to explore some options of cleansing below.

Healing Stones 

I personally am still exploring the many many healing properties stones, crystals, and minerals possess. Stones grow and are created around various locations of the world where energy faults and vibrations all vary. Therefore these stones all possess a special energy and promote energies when worked with. You can place the stones below around your space where energy is needed to be healed or you can search stones according to your needs. I find Rose quartz to be extremely helpful, since Rose Quartz promotes a healing energy that ultimately helps self love and love in all forms. Stones which come in healing packs have also been extremely affective for me as well. After venturing through various articles on healing stones many experts say combining stones with similar healing properties tend to produce a potent energy source. This can take practice for some people, as when I first received stones I was a fetus to meditation and all healing practices mentioned above. I first began by sitting with meditation music on and holding them in my hands for a few minutes at a time and truly trying to absorb the energies. Recently I began venturing further into the world of Reiki and if you follow me on instagram then you may have heard of this amazing Reiki ASMR healer I have been practicing healing with pretty much every night. She also goes into further depth on various stones through each healing session. 

Being Present || limiting Social Media 

Last but not least, this little tip is extremely important in modern society. I find that fasting social media and being present is so helpful. The more time we spend on social media, it is inventible we begin to compare and feed into unhealthy behaviors, which differs us from simply living in the moment. Although these practices may seem small, these small steps can all help in changing our perspective on life... Whist also clearing out any bad juju and or self destructive thought patterns.
